SPF Super Efficient DAF

The SPF High-efficiency Air Flotation Unit is more suitable for flotation purification of high-concentration wastewater. The ultra-fine bubble emitters of this unit adopt a matrix layout across the entire tank. Dissolved water is atomized instantly, generating ultra-fine bubbles with a particle size of only 3–5 μm, which diffuse into the water body in all directions and rapidly contact and remove suspended solids and oil contaminants via flotation.

An optional spiral sludge (sand) discharge device makes use of the V-shaped tank bottom. With the optional bottom spiral sludge (sand) discharge assembly installed, integrated fast flotation and sedimentation functions can be realized.

GQF Superifical DAF

The GQF Superifical DAF is developed based on conventional air flotation theories, and successfully applies the shallow tank theory and zero-velocity principle. With elaborate design, it integrates flocculation, air flotation, skimming and sludge scraping into one unit, serving as high-efficiency equipment for water purification.

GFCombined DAF

The GF Combined DAF consists of an air flotation tank, dissolved air system, dissolved air return pipeline, dissolved water release device, slag scraper (combined type, travelling bridge type and chain plate type are available upon customer request), electric control cabinet and other components.
