The SPF ultra-efficient air flotation system is particularly suitable for flotation purification of high-concentration wastewater. Its ultra-fine bubble emitter is matrix-distributed throughout the entire tank, instantly atomizing dissolved air into ultrafine bubbles (3–5 μm in diameter) that evenly disperse across the water body, rapidly contacting and removing suspended solids and oil contaminants. An optional spiral sludge/sand discharge device, utilizing the V-shaped tank bottom, enables integrated rapid flotation and sedimentation functionality.

The GQF high-efficiency shallow air flotation unit builds upon traditional air flotation theory by successfully incorporating the "shallow tank theory" and "zero-speed principle." Through meticulous design, it integrates flocculation, air flotation, sludge skimming, and mud scraping into a single system, making it an efficient water purification device.

The GF-type combined air flotation system consists of an air flotation tank, an aeration system, an aeration return pipeline, an aeration water discharge device, a sludge scraping mechanism (available in modular, overhead crane, or chain-link configurations as per user requirements), and an electrical control cabinet.
