On December 23 and 24, as the old year gave way to the new, Gongyuan Environment welcomed two groups of students from the Environmental Engineering program at Jiangnan University's School of Environment and Ecology for a study visit.

Sun Lianjun, Chairman and General Manager of Gongyuan Company, along with Deputy General Manager Sun Bolin, welcomed two groups of students and guided them through the company's comprehensive exhibition hall and air flotation process R&D laboratory. They provided detailed introductions to Gongyuan's development history, types and principles of air flotation technology, practical applications, and the company's commitment to open its environmental air flotation R&D laboratory to the public. Through interactive Q&A sessions, students gained hands-on understanding of the technology, achieving immediate knowledge transfer. The event also encouraged students to embrace the "Focus & Openness" philosophy in their personal lives, academic pursuits, and future careers.

Sun Lianjun, Chairman and General Manager of Gongyuan Company, and Deputy General Manager Sun Bolin led the students on a tour of the environmental air flotation production workshop, explaining the entire process from order placement to equipment commissioning and shipment.

"Knowledge from books is shallow; true understanding comes from hands-on experience." At the end of the visit, students unanimously agreed that textbook knowledge is always limited. Visiting real enterprises, seeing and hearing firsthand, they gained a genuine lesson in both science and practice.
As a key industry-academia collaboration partner for prestigious institutions including the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Tsinghua University, Tianjin University, Jiangnan University, Hubei University, and Changzhou University, Gongyuan Environment has for years been dedicated to building platforms that bridge theory and practice, enhance university-enterprise communication, and accelerate technology transfer. The organization has hosted numerous student exchange programs, supporting universities in cultivating applied and interdisciplinary talents while contributing to environmental protection initiatives.
